Shipping & Delivery
Almost all of the John Deere Parts & Accessories sold on are shipped Standard Ground Parcel by UPS and/or USPS. Most orders arrive to customers with 2-5 Business Days of the order being shipped from us. Customers have the option of upgrading from Standard Ground to any type of Expedited Service during the checkout process. For orders that are Free Shipping due to promotion or total orders meeting the mininum total amount to acheive Free Shipping, reserves the right to ship the package via UPS or USPS. Most items are shipped between 1-3 Business Days from when the order is placed with some exceptions depending on the Brand. We try to stock every John Deere Part and Accessory we sell, but sometimes we sell through items before we can stock more. In the case of any delay due to the product being out of stock, we will notify the customer to let them know of a potential slight delay in the order fulfilment. We do not normally ship with a Delivery Signature Requirment in order to better serve our customers but some exceptions will apply for larger orders or orders with a high dollar value. If you wish to add Delivery Signature Confirmation to your order, please denote this request in your order placement. 
Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be refunded in the form they were purchased within 5-7 business days after item is received. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receiving item. If item was shipped, the actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered, even if item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but not packaging. Items that have been opened and not used may be returned within 30 days of receiving item, if in resalable condition. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee for if they are found to be used or not in a resalable condition. If the item is considered to be faulty, has a manufacturing error or was listed with incorrect information, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. If a customer orders the wrong item, it may be returned and exchanged for the correct item with the return shipping paid for by the customer. Free Shipping only applies to the original item being sold and cannot be transferred to a replacement item if incorrectly ordered by the customer.  
All orders placed online at will be fulfilled unless you explicitly contact us to tell us to cancel it. If you are unable to place an order onlinem, you may call us at 1-888-284-9606 to place the order over the phone. We reserve the right to add a handling fee to any phone order due to the added labor required to fulfil these orders from our retail store. Payment, Pricing & Promotions uses Payments by PayPal for all online transactions. This is the most secure and easy-to-use online payments platform available today and provides the best protection from customers with every order they place. Payments can be made with either a PayPal account or using a standard Debit or Credit Card without having to create a PayPal account. All items listed for sale online are sold for the advertised price including all current promotions. We reserve the right to change these prices due to any errors that may exist. All promotional sale prices are valid as long as they are listed as well as through any advertised promotional period. We offer extra discounts and sales throughout the year on select products and once the sale is over, the prices will return to their normal advertised price. 
Viewing Orders
Customers can view the status of their online orders from by visiting the following link: Order History. All online orders once submitted will be considered in a Processing state until they are marked as Shipped. You will be able to see the tracking number for your order by viewing the order in your Account. 
Updating Account Information
Customers can update their account information on by visiting the following link: Account Information. When in the Customer Account Dashboard, you can update your Account Information such as your Shipping and Billing Address. You can also view your past and current Orders. Privacy & Security
We collect information when you register for an account, when you use our contact forms, and when you request our newsletter. When you register with us, we ask for your name and email address. Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, web browsing cookie information, and pages you request. We use this information for three general purposes: to customize the promotions and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
